Selecting your product
Before ordering, review the power source, installation requirements, dimensions, included accessories, receiver compatibility, and any network or app requirements.
Camera functions, recording, two-way audio, motion alerts, and remote access apply only where expressly included in the selected model.
Compatibility with an existing chime, transformer, receiver, or app must not be assumed.
Subscriptions and additional costs
Any required subscription, activation payment, or separately purchased component must be disclosed before purchase.
Optional paid features should be distinguished from the functions included with the hardware. No optional charge will be added without the agreement required by applicable law.
Performance information
Wireless range, battery life, alerts, and connection quality may vary with installation, interference, building materials, usage, and network conditions.
A doorbell does not guarantee that every event will be detected or that every notification will arrive immediately. It is not a promise to prevent theft or unauthorized entry.
These explanations do not excuse a defective device, missing advertised feature, or materially misleading description.
Prices and payment
The applicable price, currency, discounts, shipping fees, and taxes collected by us appear before payment.
Qualifying merchandise orders of US$39 or more after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping fees, receive free standard shipping.
Orders below that amount incur the shipping charge shown at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own currency-conversion fees.
Order acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt acknowledges that we received it. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, acceptance occurs when we send dispatch confirmation.
Payment, inventory, and delivery details may require verification. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and promptly refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled portion within applicable legal deadlines.
We will explain material pricing or listing errors rather than silently increase an agreed price.
Cancellations
Contact support promptly to request a cancellation or change. We will try to assist before fulfillment progresses too far.
Approved ordinary cancellations carry no cancellation fee. After dispatch, a return may be necessary. Statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Delivery and returns
Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 7–15 business days in standard transit.
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. The designated return warehouse is in China.
Customers pay postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable necessary return costs for incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed goods, or arrange another appropriate remedy.
Eligible returned-item refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt, including inspection, unless a shorter legal deadline applies.
The Shipping Policy and Return Policy provide the complete procedures.
Installation and responsible operation
Follow the supplied instructions and power requirements. Where electrical work is required, use a qualified installer as appropriate.
For models with recording functions, consider applicable privacy, recording, property, and building requirements when choosing placement and settings.
These responsibilities do not remove our product safety obligations or your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules and mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
You retain access to competent courts and remedies provided by mandatory law. This clause does not require every dispute to be brought exclusively in China.
Nothing excludes liability or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded. Later updates do not retrospectively reduce rights arising from an existing order.
